For this yummy recipe you will need
Boneless skinless chicken breast pieces10 to 12 cut in 1 1/2 inch square
1 Green bell pepper cut in 1 1/2 inch square
1 Onion cut in 1 1/2 inch square
1/2 tsp black pepper ground
1/2 tsp Red pepper ground
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbs Soy Sauce
Wooden skewers
Oil to fry
Mix all spices and soy sauce in chicken pieces and marinate for an hour
For dipping Paste
1/4 tsp Black pepper ground
1/4 tsp salt
1 Egg
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cornflour
3/4 cup water
Oil to fry
Mix all ingredients and make a thick paste, add water slowly until the batter takes the consistency of pancake batter.
Now thread the chicken and vegetable pieces one by one on wooden skewers, dip the skewers in the batter and fry them in oil until golden brown
Take out and drain excess oil on a paper towel and enjoy .
